1. Acceptance of the terms
Placing an order through this site implies the express and unreserved acceptance of these general contract terms.
2. Seller identification
The seller of the products offered on this site is Bogamante Games.
3. Products offered
The essential characteristics of each product, its components and its gameplay conditions are described on the corresponding product page. Images are illustrative and may not reflect minor variations in print finishes.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are stated in euros and include any applicable VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before the order is confirmed.
5. Purchase process
Product selection, cart review, entry of shipping and billing details, choice of payment method and confirmation. Once the order has been processed, a confirmation email with the summary is sent.
6. Payment methods
The payment methods available at the time of purchase are accepted. All payment information is transmitted encrypted and is processed by the payment gateway; the seller does not store card data.
7. Product availability
Products are offered subject to stock availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, a product is unavailable after purchase, the customer will be informed and a refund of the amount paid will be offered.

9. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the contract without having to justify your decision. To exercise this right, simply notify the seller in writing; you may use the official withdrawal form.
10. Legal warranty of conformity
Products are covered by the three-year legal warranty of conformity from delivery (art. 120 TRLGDCU). In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract under the terms provided by law.

Bogamante Games reserves the right to modify these terms. The version applicable to each purchase shall be the one in force at the time the order is placed.
14. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In dealings with consumers, the courts and tribunals of the consumer's place of residence shall be competent, in accordance with the TRLGDCU.
